What is a Televisit?
Prior to COVID-19, a televisit was a foreign concept. We have had televisits available for years, but patients were unwilling to give it a try. A televisit is a way to see your own doctor in a location convenient to you! We use healow for televisits. It is a safe and secure part of your electronic medical record.
How to Schedule
A televisit can be scheduled by calling the office and requesting a televisit.
How to Join a Televisit
The four easiest ways to join are

Click on the link provided in the text or email your receive,

Login into the Healow App, click on Appointments. Click on the camera icon and finally click Start Televisit.

Log into the Patient portal. Go to your appointments, click the Join Televisit Icon

Or go to healow.com and click on Join Televisit. You will be asked for a 12-digit code that you can get from the office.
